I’m the empty-nesting, always-should-be writing, mostly-loving wife of one phenomenal pilot whose hardly ever home; manic mom to four incredibly talented men (not sure I’ll ever get used to calling them men and not boys, but since my youngest is now heading rapidly toward his mid-twenties, I guess it’s a necessity); never-quite-good-enough-but-always-loved child of the Creator of the Universe; and ten-years-and-counting, triple negative breast cancer survivor.
I’m living the life in between…clutter and chaos, young and old, full nest and empty nest, housewife and budding author, recently left rural life to enter city life. There’s lots of in-betweens throughout life, I’m on the journey to experience a little bit of everything in the time I’m given, and to seek out the sprinkles of hope, joy, frivolity, excitement, joie de vivre along the way. And sometimes just letting off steam can be refreshing. 😉
